Yes. SIDING_CO_NAME is a new company, and we say so up front. We have no past jobs to show yet. What we offer from day one is a free estimate where we look at your house, explain what we see in plain words, and tell you what affects the price, so you can judge the job on its details.

A twelve and a half foot vinyl panel can move about half an inch as the temperature changes. That one fact decides how every panel is nailed, how much room it gets at each end, and how it sits in the trim. SIDING_CO_NAME keeps to vinyl so every estimate and every job follows one set of steps built around how vinyl behaves. We install vinyl siding only, plus the soffit, fascia, and gutters around it.

Before new siding goes on, we check that the wall is flat and solid, because siding only looks as straight as what is under it and needs sound wood to hold its nails. A water-resistive barrier goes on the wall, with flashing at windows, doors, and anywhere a roof meets a wall. If we find soft or rotted wood once old siding comes off, we stop and show you what we found before any added work.

We explain the price by its parts, not as one number with no reasons behind it. The size of the walls and the number of stories, the shape of the house and how much trim it needs, removing old siding, any damaged wood underneath, and the panels and color you choose all change it.
